Pittsburgh Pirates Prevail

In the City of Palms Park, the Red Sox hosted the Pittsburgh Pirates for this pre-season game. And, for the first time in this Spring Training season, the Sox put up runs first. They scored two runs in the bottom of the first inning and kept that lead until the top of the ninth. That's when the Pirates scored three runs and, as the Sox were unable to come back in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Pirates won the game three to two.
