Red Sox lowlight: Nine men left on base
Orioles highlight: Vladimir Guerrero's homerun
Orioles lowlight: Relief pitching

My Comment: Newsflash! Jon Lester owns the Baltimore Orioles! Okay, he may not have an ownership stake in the Orioles, but Lester has a pitcher's strike out against Baltimore. Lester is 14 and 0 lifetime when pitching against the Orioles. The Red Sox return home from this second road trip 6 and 3, a major improvement over the 0 and 6 of the first road trip. Boston will play eleven games in eleven days on this upcoming homestand - the longest of the season. Hope Boston goes at least 8 and 3.

BOSTON: Starting Pitcher: Jon Lester; Winning Pitcher: Jon Lester (3)
BALTIMORE: Starting Pitcher: Brad Bergesen; Losing Pitcher: Jim Johnson
BALTIMORE: Homerun: Vladimir Guerrero

RED SOX: Wins 11, Losses 13, Percentage .458

Next game: Friday 29 April 2011, 4:10 p.m.PT/7:10 p.m.ET, Seattle Mariners, Fenway Park, Daisuke Matsuzaka
