Blue Jays highlight: Yunel Escobar's homerun
Blue Jays lowlight: Only two hits
Red Sox highlight: Daisuke Matsuzaka's pitching
Red Sox lowlight: Blown shutout

My comment: In addition to the superb pitching by Dice-K, the hitting by Jed Lowrie was great. Jed went four for five and, as of today, has a .516 batting average! This is a man who wants to be in the lineup every day and with numbers like these, Jed's name should be on the card for a long time.

TORONTO: Starting Pitcher: Ricky Romero; Losing Pitcher: Ricky Romero
BOSTON: Starting Pitcher: Daisuke Matsuzaka; Winning Pitcher: Daisuke Matsuzaka (1)
TORONTO: Homerun: Yunel Escobar
BOSTON: Homeruns: Jed Lowrie (2), Kevin Youkilis (2), Jacoby Ellsbury (4)

RED SOX: Wins 5, Losses 10, Percentage .333

Next game: Tuesday 19 April 2011, 7:05 p.m.PT/10:05 p.m.ET, Oakland Athletes, Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, John Lackey
