Blue Jays highlight: Five homeruns
Blue Jays lowlight: Two men left on base
Red Sox highlight: Two homeruns
Red Sox lowlight: One throwing error

My Comment: Not the best homestand that the Boston Red Sox have ever had - they went two and five. The rally just wasn't enough to make it a game. Don't know why Boston had such problems with fourth and last standing teams. Perhaps the Red Sox will find more happiness on the road as they start a nine-game road trip on Tuesday.

TORONTO: Starting Pitcher: Chad Jenkins; Winning Pitcher: Chad Jenkins
BOSTON: Starting Pitcher: Ryan Dempster; Losing Pitcher: Ryan Dempster (4)
TORONTO: Homeruns: Jose Bautista (two), Emilio Bonifacio, Edwin Encarnacion, Brett Lawrie
BOSTON: Homeruns: Mike Napoli (7), Pedro Ciriaco (1)

Red Sox: Wins 22, Losses 16, Percentage: .579

Next game: Tuesday 14 May 2013, 4:10 p.m.PT/7:10 p.m.ET, Tampa Bay Rays, Tropicana Field, John Lackey
