Red Sox highlight: Two homeruns
Red Sox lowlight: Four men left on base
Yankees highlight: Two hits
Yankees lowlight: No runs

My Comment: Not as much hitting as in yesterday's game, but the result is the same - a Boston Red Sox victory. Best of all, Boston increase its lead in the AL East. Tomorrow is an off day for the Red Sox before they take on the Texas Rangers in Fenway Park on Tuesday.

BOSTON: Starting Pitcher: Clay Buchholz; Winning Pitcher: Clay Buchholz (8)
YANKEES: Starting Pitcher: Hiroki Kuroda; Losing Pitcher: Hiroki Kuroda
BOSTON: Homerun: Jose Iglesias (1), David Ortiz (10)

Red Sox: Wins 35, Losses 23, Percentage: .603

Next game: Tuesday 4 June 2013, 4:10 p.m.PT/7:10 p.m.ET, Texas Rangers, Fenway Park, Ryam Dempster
