Red Sox Tower Twins, 11 to 5

MINNESOTA: 2 2 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 - 5 8 0
BOSTON: 2 0 2 4 0 3 0 0 x - 11 16 1

The Boston Red Sox were full of hitting riches today from several players, including two homeruns from the designated hitters, for a good combination of longball and shortball. And because of this win over the Minnesota Twins, Boston won the Fort Myers Mayor's Cup. It was an extra special highlight to the City of Palms Park victory. Though Clay didn't go six innings, he did pick up his first win of Spring Training. He'll have another start before the regular season begins. Boston stays home for another day and has its last evening game of the pre-season.
