Red Sox highlight: Two homeruns in the ninth inning
Red Sox lowlight: Seven men left on base
Yankees highlight: Alex Rodriguez's homerun
Yankees lowlight: Francisco Cervelli's two throwing errors

My Comment: The Boston Red Sox have won another series and are going for their second sweep of the New York Yankees this season tomorrow. Glad that the oldest active player in the Majors was able to add one more win to his total. Way to go Wake! Boston is hitting the ball hard and for distance. And, the Red Sox are all alone in first place in the AL East!

BOSTON: Starting Pitcher: Tim Wakefield; Winning Pitcher: Tim Wakefield (3)
NEW YORK YANKEES: Starting Pitcher: A. J. Burnett; Losing Pitcher: A. J. Burnett
BOSTON: Save: ALfredo Aceves (1)
BOSTON: Homeruns: David Ortiz (15), Carl Crawford (6), J. D. Drew (4)
NEW YORK YANKEES: Homerun: Alex Rodriguez

RED SOX: Wins 35, Losses 26, Percentage .574
