Battle of the Pitching Stars! Yes, another game where the pitchers controlled the game. What is happening at the end of the season with all these duels? Good tune up for the postseason. Matsuzaka had a great return to Fenway Park. Welcome back Daisuke! Anyway, the Boston Red Sox broke the battle in the sixth inning against the Los Angeles Angels. Between the starter and the bullpen, the Angels were only able to score once on Boston pitching. Although I prefer games with lots of hitting, I do appreciate the artistry of pitching, after all I was a catcher in another life. And the Boston defense has been marvelous of late - great hands guys!
