Shades of the past - David Ortiz Hits Game Winning Homerun!! Okay it was in the second inning and additional Boston Red Sox runs were scored in later innings, but since the New York Yankees did not score any runs, the exclamatory phrase is oh so correct. This game in Fenway Park was the sixth straight win Boston has had this season against New York. A great streak and first place again! Another wonderful outing from Josh Beckett backed up with good hitting and base running. The Red Sox are certainly doing it right against the Yankees. Keep it up!
