Sunday has come again and Andrew has returned from his trip to Italy. So today in the New England sports living bar, before the start of the Boston Red Sox game, I showed Andrew some of my photos of Rome from a trip I made over ten years ago. And he showed me some of his photos of the trip to Umbria and Rome, with more to come later. That sharing of photos was the highlight of my time in the bar today. The Philadelphia Phillies took the final game of the three-game series by the exact score as Boston's win yesterday. Although Josh Beckett helped his own cause by providing one of the three Boston homeruns, the Phillies managed the comeback today and stopped Boston's winning streak. However, the Red Sox do leave Citizens Bank Park with the series win and their best record in the American League still intact. They return to Fenway Park and continue Interleague play with the Florida Marlins on Tuesday. Looking forward to sharing highlights from the first game of the three-game Marlins series. Photos not included.
