Red Sox Ram Angels, 5 to 4

BOSTON: 0 0 0 0 2 0 2 0 1 - 5 8 0
LA ANGELS: 1 0 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 - 4 8 0

This was a day of celebration - Captain Jason Varitek's thirty-seventh birthday and the Boston Red Sox ending their three-game losing streak. Homer (Mike Lowell), homer (Jason Bay), homer (Jason Bay)! Yes, it was three homeruns that were responsible for all the Red Sox runs scored in this second game of a three-game series with the Los Angeles Angels. Today Angel Stadium was a great ballpark for long ball hitters on both teams. Let's hope that this is the beginning of a long winning streak for Boston.
