Twins Take Red Sox

BOSTON: 0 0 1 0 0 1 0 0 0 - 2 6 1
MINNESOTA: 0 0 3 0 0 1 0 0 x - 4 13 1

It was a wild, wild night in the Midwest. The Boston Red Sox were a wild team today in terms of the pitches thrown. Six of them were official wild pitches (a record was tied) and I suppose a hit batter and a throwing error could also indicate a type of wildness in the game. It was against the Minnesota Twins that the wildness occurred and they were able to capitalize on it and win this third game. Tomorrow the fourth game of this four-game series will be held and the Red Sox hope to come out of the Metrodome with a tie in the series. A wild day of another sort is needed by Boston.
