Baltimore Barrages Boston

BOSTON: 0 1 1 2 0 0 4 1 0 - 9 12 1
BALTIMORE: 1 0 0 0 6 4 1 0 x - 12 12 0

Not a quite the welcome back to starting that the Boston Red Sox was anticipating from Matsuzaka. Nor what he was expecting from himself. Pitching, pitching, pitching - how does Boston get it to work? This second game against the Baltimore Orioles was homerun intense on both sides and in every inning a run was scored except the ninth. Good to have Ortiz belt two out of Oriole Park. And it looks like the Red Sox are going to have to depend on hitting to get them wins - the balance of pitching, defense, and hitting seems to hard for Boston to obtain. This lack of balance could cause even more of a fall for the Red Sox.
