Red Sox Tater Tigers, 7 to 2

BOSTON: 5 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 1 - 7 10 1
DETROIT: 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 - 2 5 0

It's a "two, four, six, eight, who do we appreciate?" day for the Boston Red Sox - second homerun for Bill Hall, fourth win for Clay Buchholz, sixth homerun for David Ortiz, and eighth homerun for Duston Pedroia. The Detroit Tigers were blasted by Boston today in Comerica Park and the Red Sox have their first win of this three-game series. Good that Oritz can still have a multi-homerun game - he's not done yet! It looks like Clay has become the Boston ace, though I am still rooting for Beckett to put everything together and have a terrific, not a terrible season. Boston goes for the series win tomorrow and I hope they have as much fun on Saturday as they did on Friday. "Two, four, six, eight, who do we appreciate?" Red Sox, Red Sox, Red Sox!!!
