Three wins in a row and a series sweep over the Toronto Blue Jays for the Boston Red Sox! The pitching was marvelous, though, of course, I would have liked Lester to have tossed a complete game. Perhaps his next great outing Terry? I can only hope. In the Boston lineup, batters one through three and batters seven to nine supplied all the Red Sox hits today. An unusual occurrence that the middle of the lineup didn't provide any hits and left it all to the extremities of the lineup. Anyway they get it done is fine. Boston leaves Rogers Centre still alone atop the AL Wild Card. The Red Sox are back in Fenway Park tomorrow for a three-game series against the Yankees. Keep up the hitting and pitching!
