Yankees Yank Red Sox

In an abrupt turn of momentum, the last Spring Training game between the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees went from a pitchers duel and a tied game into a victory for the Yankees. Tampa was the site of this final game and New York capped off the win by scoring six runs in the bottom of the eighth inning (which included a grand slam by Austin Jackson). New York won with a final score of seven to one.
